Nina Webb
Most recently serving as the SVP & Head of Marketing for Atlantic Records, Nina has dedicated 25 years to major record labels in New York City. As a leader, marketer, and artist brand developer, she has worked with platinum-selling artists as well as emerging talents. Recognized as one of Billboard Magazine's Top Women Executives, she is a highly respected professional with extensive experience in artist development, record labels, and the music industry at large. Nina’s passions lie in educating, consulting, and guiding artists, teams, and brands, as well as nurturing the next generation of industry professionals. She teaches customized immersive workshops for students or professionals eager to pursue careers in the music industry. She is also currently an Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music in Boston teaching in the Music Business, Management Department.

Marketing Producer at Raka
A Paul College graduate and Voice Z alum, Emma Pixley joined Raka in 2024 as a digital marketing producer where she contributes to client strategies, content marketing, SEO, HubSpot management, and more.

A Day in the Life of a Digital Agency
In this workshop, attendees will hear from Raka's team members through video and other resources on what it's like behind the scenes working for a digital agency. Each role and its impact on client success will be reviewed and explained.

Brian DeKoning
Partner
Brian DeKoning helps manage digital marketing agency Raka, focusing on sales, client relations, strategy, and Raka's HubSpot partnership. Brian has been in digital marketing since 2007 after working as a journalist for five years. He is a UNH graduate, former adjunct professor at UNH, and worked with Neil Niman and Jennifer Chagnon to help start the Voice Z student agency at UNH and build a curriculum in digital marketing for the Business in Practice program.
